Application Deadlines
Trustee meetings are held four times per year. Proposals are accepted at any time, but the deadlines for specific meetings are:
- February 1
- May 1
- August 1
- and October 15.
Proposals should be postmarked or in-hand by these dates or the first business day thereafter. Organizations are usually notified of decisions within 120 days after each deadline.
